Exactly what a credit means.
A finalized document version costs 1 credit (Simple), 2 (Standard), 3 (Advanced) or 5 (Complex). The price and credit cost appear with your preview before checkout. Complexity is calculated from worksheet, column, formula and section counts.
Credits reset monthly on your subscription anniversary and do not roll over. Annual plans bill once a year and release their credits monthly. A workspace shares its allowance across all members. Simple: score below 4; Standard: 4–9; Advanced: 10–17; Complex: 18+. Score = 2 × worksheets + floor(total columns ÷ 6) + formula columns + floor(document sections ÷ 3).
Each unlocked version can be downloaded again without another credit. A new revised version needs a new unlock. Up to 20 AI messages per account per day and 20 conversation turns per project are included in the preview workflow. No payment is taken for a failed generation.
