Refund policy

Effective October 29, 2026. Applies to CreateDocuments.org.

When a document is not right

Preview and revise before purchase. If a paid file cannot be generated or downloaded, or a reproducible defect prevents its intended use, contact support within 14 days of purchase with the order reference and a description. We will investigate and offer a correction, restored credits or a refund as appropriate.

Duplicate charges

Report accidental duplicate charges. Verified duplicates will be refunded. Do not send full card details.

Subscriptions

You can cancel future renewal through the billing portal. A cancellation does not automatically refund the current period. Requests involving billing errors, unusable service or special circumstances are reviewed individually. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Refund processing

Approved refunds return through the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. Refunding a purchase can revoke access to the corresponding document or subscription benefits. Test mode transactions do not move real money.
