Terms of service

The service

CreateDocuments provides AI-assisted drafting, spreadsheet generation and file creation. You are responsible for the information you supply, your right to use uploaded material, and reviewing the output before relying on it. Do not use the service to produce fraudulent credentials, unlawful material or unauthorized copies.

Accuracy and professional review

AI can make mistakes. We do not promise factual accuracy, legal enforceability, financial outcomes, hiring results or identical reproduction of complex documents. Legal agreements are drafts requiring qualified review. Payroll and financial spreadsheets are calculation aids, not determinations of legal or tax obligations.

Accounts and workspaces

Keep credentials private. Workspace owners control membership and billing. Team members can access shared documents according to their role and active plan limits. Do not upload another person’s sensitive data without appropriate authority.

Prices, credits and versions

The displayed version price or credit cost applies at checkout. Simple, Standard, Advanced and Complex versions cost 1, 2, 3 and 5 credits. Each revised version is separately unlockable. Monthly credits do not roll over. Annual subscriptions are billed yearly and receive credits monthly. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through the billing portal. Cancellation at period end retains access through the paid term. Payment failures, refunds or disputes may suspend benefits or revoke affected downloads.

Availability and ownership

You retain rights you have in your supplied content. You may use downloaded outputs subject to applicable law and third-party rights. We may limit abusive use and interrupt service for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. See the refund policy and contact support when something fails.
